Introduction
The School of Medical Humanities and Management was established in 2023. The school specializes in public management and medical Humanities research, aiming to foster interdisciplinary synergy and innovation in the realm of health governance. Currently, the school boasts a faculty of 54, with 10 professors and 11 associate professors. It encompasses multiple departments and research divisions covering Public Management, Marketing, Labor and Social Security, Health Services and Management, Medical Humanities, and operates a Liberal Arts Experimental Teaching Center. A provincial-level key research facility-the Institute of Medical Humanities-further enriches its offerings, all geared towards nurturing well-rounded health management professionals equipped with both profound expertise and a strong humanistic spirit.

The school currently has a provincially-funded Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center known as the Liberal Arts Experimental Teaching Center.This center includes several specialized labs:the ERP Sand Table Simulation Lab,the Decision Analysis Lab,the Social Security Practice Training Lab,the Integrated Finance and Accounting Lab,the Social Survey and Data Analysis Lab,as well as a Virtual Simulation Lab.The Center extends its services to the entire university community,offering robust support to all faculty and students in undergraduate laboratoryinstruction, scholarly research, and thesis development.
The school hosts a key provincial research base in philosophy and social sciences,the Institute of Medical Humanities,which gathers talents holding esteemed provincial and ministerial positions,such as humanities and social sciences leaders from Zhejiang's"Ten Thousand Talents Plan"and prominent university scholars.It further possesses the Zhejiang Provincial New-Type University Think Tank"Zhejiang Health and Wellness Research Institute,"the Wenzhou Key Social Science Research Base"Wenzhou Health Development Research Center,"and the Wenzhou Medcal University-affiliated Center for Health and Life Ethics Studies.
