1. Room Check-in

a. Freshman should apply to your counselor once you arrive at the dormitory.

b. Senior students should apply to your counselor and fill in theCheck-in Application Form(3 copies).

c. Bring the Check-in Application Form to Hostel Management Center to finish the fees payment procedure.

d. Get your room key from the dormitory manager.

e. Get your Refrigerator, TV set, and other furniture from the dormitory manager.

f. Check all the facilities in your room and sign your name on the form‘The life facilities check list of WMU overseas students’ apartment’.

2. Room Check-out

a. Apply to your counselor and fill in the form‘Final clearing Statement (Check-out) of the Dormitory Management Center’(3 copies)..

b. Report to the dormitory manager to check the facilities in your room. Confirm the compensation if any damage caused to the facilities in your room.

c. Go to the Hostel Management Center to pay for the damage of the facilities and get the payment receipt.

d. Resident can get financial description document of your accommodation from the Hostel Management Center if necessary.

3. Room Change

a. Apply to do the room check-out procedure on the room you used to live in.

b. Apply to do the room check-in procedure on the room you are going to shift in.

4. Apply to live outside of the campus

a. Report to your counselor and fill inthe application form to live outside of the campus.

b. Get an approvement from your counselor.

c. Dormitory resident applying to live outside are requested to finish the room check-out procedure.

5. Students should go to the Hostel Management Center to finish the room check-out procedure when you are leaving the dormitory because of schooling suspension, quitting school, or living outside of the campus, etc., otherwise your accommodation record will be retained and the fees will still be charged
