Screening and Clinical Application of Diagnostic Markers and Preventive and Therapeutic Drugs for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease. The team found that pro-regression mediators can reduce the progression of rheumatoid arthritis by restoring immune balance and inhibiting inflammatory infiltration and pannus formation. The multi-center clinical study on large cases confirmed that regintin D1 is an excellent clinical diagnostic indicator of RA and protectin DX plays a vital role in identifying RA stages. Students of the team have published six papers as the first authors, including two in journals with an IF>10. Three national invention patents have been obtained, and the results have been popularized and applied in 20 pilot hospitals with satisfactory outcomes.
