Introduction of lecturer：Wen-Hsing Cheng，an associateprofessorin Mississippi State Universityon whom the post-graduate and doctoral degree in Connell University has been conferred, has once served as a post-doctoral senior researcher in National Institute of Aging, and the assistant professor in dietetics in Maryland University. Dr.Cheng mainly focuses on the researches on molecular mechanism of aging related diseases including the study on the function of selenium and selenoprotein. Moreover, Dr.Cheng has published more than 80 pieces of theses and summaries and been invited to deliver lectures more than 50 or so. Besides, Dr.Cheng assumes the responsibility to review articles in over 10 SCI Journals and serves as one of the editorial board members inJournal of Nutrition
